JFC Morfin has introduced an appeal to the IESG concerning the way @large Internet lead users are not permitted to adequately contribute to the IETF deliverable they depend on.  

 JFC Morfin a introduit un appel auprés de l'IESG concernant la manière dont il n'est pas permis aux @larges utilisateurs pilotes de l'Internet de contribuer aux délivrables de l'IETF dont ils dépendent au quotidien.

This appeal is not an appeal against anything. It is an appeal to raise a question and to obtain an nswer. It supports no particular contribution and is not in opposition to anyone's position.

This question is how the IETF wants to adequately welcome or not the help offered by Internet lead users.

Cet appel n'et pas un appel contre quelque chose. C'est un appel pour soulever une question et pour obtenir une réponse. Il ne support aucune contribution particulière et ne s'oppose à aucne position

Cette question est de savoir si l'IETF veut accueillir adéquatement ou non l'aide apportée par les utilisateurs pilotes de l'Internet.
It should tell where objectives like the ML-DNS and more broadly the Internet Plus are to be studied, discussed, systemicly modelised and documented. Within the IETF or though an IGF open network standard enhanced cooperation. Cette réponse devrait dire oùi des objectifs comme le ML-DNS et plus largement l'Internet Plus doivent être étudiés, discuté, systèmiquement modélisés and documentés. Au sein de l'IETF ou à travers une coopération renforcée du FGI pour la standardisation ouverte des réseaux.
